Playlist for 6-24-09: Hey there, summer
Back again after a week away and a playing-music-at-top-volume-all-alone-in-the-studio-at-midnight-good-time was had by, uh, me at least. New music from Dinosaur Jr., Patterson Hood and Daddy and fun WMSE library finds in the Dangtrippers, Carnival Season, Mono Puff and Bobby Sutliff. Played a song-title-of-the-year Chuck Mead ditty and recently interviewed the man himself for Country Standard Time. I’m planning an all-covers show next week. If you have any suggestions, please let me know in the comments.
